Thank you for visiting and shopping at L.S jewels & outfits. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within1 to 2 business days in New Zealand. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be any delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Free delivery on orders over $60 NZD.

Shipment cost will be calculated on the basis of post codes.

All orders below $90 NZD will be charged according to the post codes in New Zealand. Due to covid 19 situation our delivery service is taking 2 to 3 weekdays in New Zealand.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Damages

L.S jewels & outfits takes full responsibility for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you have received your order damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Please return the goods to us within 2 working and we will dispatch you order again after we will receive the damaged goods. In case same product is not available in stock, we will initiate refund.
