1. Please send us the screenshot of the product with date of hire on our official phone number 0273798997 than will let you know the availability of the piece.
2. After conformation of your order we will deliver your piece two days prior to your function and you need to dispatch jewellery piece next day of you function but do remember you need to book this piece at least 4 weeks before your occasion date.
3. We will ask you for the security deposit of this piece which will be double the amount of price. You will get this money back after we receive our piece without any damage.
4. If there is any missing or damage jewellery, then we will deduct the parallel from the caution deposit and refund the remaining or if the jewellery is damaged or lost than the caution amount, then we can ask for more money.
5. Delivery Fee for inward and outward will be paid by the customer.
6. This piece is fresh and not rented by anyone yet so the rent amount can vary according to the piece how many times its been rented.
